Entrance/Driveway. Enter from the ground floor driveway and garage into the top floor of the house.
From the entrance hall – on your right is an open-plan kitchen with scullery, dining table seating 6 and TV lounge all with views of the sea.  To the front and with amazing sea views, is the enclosed entertainment area with built in braai and indoor dining table seating 8. Frameless glass stacking doors open onto the pool and garden. These can be stacked to allow a flow to the deck and pool outside.    The pool area offers 4 sun-loungers with cushions and an outdoor table seating 4. To the right are three bedrooms including the master bedroom.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Stairs lead down to a basic TV room which has a ceiling fan, kitchen sink and microwave.    There is one bedroom downstairs.

Upstairs:
Main Bedroom: King sized bed and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Double Basin and Toilet.  This room has lovely wooden floors, sea views, two wingback chairs, a ceiling fan, doors leading onto the patio and a TV with DSTV.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom: Bath, and Toilet.  Ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: X1 King sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. There is a ceiling fan, TV and DSTV. Doors lead onto the garden.
Guest Toilet.

DOWNSTAIRS: Great for independent guests.
Bedroom 4: X1 Double Bed and X 2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
