From the driveway, enter into the spacious entrance hall and passage. This leads to the open-plan and spacious living area. To the left is a study and a TV room and to the right is the dining area (seating 8) and kitchen. To the front are two sitting rooms. From the one on the right, frameless stacking doors open up completely onto the covered patio and decked pool area. The patio has a built-in braai, a free-standing gas braai and a weber braai with an outdoor dining table seating 8. To the left is a covered furnished patio with retractable blinds overlooking the landscaped garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a separate scullery which leads to the garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The main bedroom is upstairs while the two guest bedrooms are downstairs.

Main Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with lovely views of the Tsitsikamma mountain range.
King size bed and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: King sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Smart TV.

Accommodation Check-List:
* Cleaning lady to work two days a week from 8am until 4 pm. 1H30 mins lunch daily.
* 4 cats. Tiggy, Tiger, Whitey and Kira.  will be in residence, the live-in housekeeper will feed them.
* The property is not suited to small children who are unable to swim as there is no pool net and no pool fence.
* Bed linen and towels are provided.
* X4 beach chairs and one beach umbrella. Please bring your own beach towels.
* The kitchen is equipped with a 6 plate gas hob and undercounter oven and an eyelevel oven. Microwaves and a two door fridge/freezer combo. Nespresso.
* The scullery has a washing machine, tumble drier and a dishwasher.
* The study has a wine cooler.
* The patio is equipped with a built-in braai, a gas braai and a weber braai.
