The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has separate scullery and wet room which leads directly into the garage.

Doors lead out from the lounge area onto the covered entertainment area. Great for entertaining or family meals, there is a built-in prep counter with a large built-in braai.

The outdoor table seats 8 and there is outdoor patio chairs – these all overlook the garden and pool with views over the valley and out to sea.

* The swimming pool does not have a pool net or pool fence.
* Bed Linen and Bath Towels are provided.
* Wi-Fi uncapped.
* There is X1 TV which is connected to full DSTV.
* Garage parking for 2 Vehicles and Driveway parking for 2 Vehicles.
* The kitchen is equipped with one Fridge/ Freezer combo, 4 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven

* Built-in Braai on the Patio.

* There is one store room and two cupboards which are locked and excluded from the rental.

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
