There is one guest bedroom upstairs (bedroom 6).

Stairs lead down to the main entertainment and living areas with two swimming pools and garden.
To the right is the well-equipped kitchen, a separate scullery with a walk-in cold room. To the front right is one dining area seating 12, a sitting room with a  fireplace and TV all with lovely views of the sea, mountains and the Bay.

Frameless stacking doors open up onto the sheltered courtyard with swimming pool with sun umbrellas and loungers, jacuzzi and a stylish bar and steam room. There is a separate study. T
The sea-facing entertainment area has another dining area 14. There are two built-in braais – one gas and one charcoal as well as your own pizza oven.   There is a lounge area with free-standing fireplace with front-row views of the sea and doors leading onto the sea-facing balcony with glass balustrade.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed with views of the sea and bay with a large sliding door leading onto the garden and pool area.
Spacious en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Toilet, Double Basin, Heated Towel Rails and a Dressing Room.  There is a TV in the bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with sea views and a door opening onto the pool and garden with an open-plan bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

* Please note that the house is in the process of being updated, there may be variations in the furnishings and added features.
* The swimming pools have no safety-nets or pool fences. Property is not suitable or safe for babies and children who are unable to swim unaided.
* Bed linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
* Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is included in the rental for peak season weekdays and excluded  from the rental at R225.00 + R75.00 EX VAT per weekday. Should there be more than 8 guests in total, a second lady must work for all weekdays with the other lady.
* Double garage remote parking and parking for another 4 in the driveway.
* The villa is in a secure estate with access control. There is an alarm system with outside beams and an intercom

* The cinema room has a large theatre screen and has surround sound. Spacious seating for up to 14.
