Bedroom 4 is on this level.  Stairs lead up to the main bedroom, bedrooms 2-3 and small TV lounge area.

Downstairs is another larger TV (flat-screen TV, DVD & DSTV) lounge area with doors leading out onto the bottom furnished deck.

Bedrooms:
Main Bedroom: X2 Single beds made up as a King with en-suite bathroom: Shower, Bath & Toilet. Doors lead to the sea facing balcony.  This room leads onto the small TV lounge with fireplace and sea views. Bedrooms 2-3 are accessed via this TV lounge.

Family Bathroom: Bath & Toilet with separate shower – this bathroom faces out onto the top passage overlooking the courtyard. Shower is enclosed with a wooden shutter door.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single beds made up as a King with partial sea views and en-suite bathroom (Bath & Toilet). Doors lead to a small courtyard leading into the garden and front deck area.

Bedroom 5: X1 Bunk Bed sleeping 2.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Mandatory retainer cleaning lady to work Mondays to Fridays. Her rate is included in the rental for 8 hours per weekday. Week-ends, public holidays and any overtime is not included and to be paid directly.
• Should there be more than 6 occupants; another cleaning lady is to be employed daily. Her wages are not included in the rental and are for your account. Rate to be confirmed at time of booking.
• Linen, bath and towels are provided.
• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
• No young children under 12 – as per the owner’s request.
• The swimming pool has no safety net.
• Wi-Fi provided
• Kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer.
