The house is on two levels:

Street Level/Ground Floor:  Parking and entrance. Entrance into open-plan TV lounge, dining and kitchen. The dining table seats 10. The kitchen is well equipped with a separate scullery and laundry area with walk-in cold room.

Doors lead from the lounge and dining onto the decked patio with outdoor table seating 10 and two large sun umbrellas overlooking the garden, pool with views of the residential area.  Gas braai with prep area. Bedroom 4 and a guest toilet are on this level. Stairs lead down from the deck to the terraced garden and pool. There is an outdoor table seating 6 at the swimming pool as well as two sun-loungers.

Top Floor: Stairs lead up to the living area:  Lounge with Flat-screen TV and  table (seating 8) overlooking Beachyhead Drive and the sea towards the Robberg Peninsula.  Frameless glass windows open onto Beachy head Drive. The remaining bedrooms including the main bedroom is on this level. Doors lead from the bedrooms onto a small balcony overlooking Beachy head.

Bedrooms:
Main/bedroom 1: King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and toilet. Ceiling fan. Sea views.  Door leads to the balcony.

Bedroom 2:  X2 Single beds. Sea-facing with doors leading to the balcony. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3:  X2 Single beds. Sea-facing with doors leading to the balcony. Ceiling fan.

Family bathroom 1: Toilet, bath and shower for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share. Separate toilet.

Bedroom 4: (ground floor) King sized bed with en-suite bathroom (Bath, Shower and Toilet). Doors lead out to the front of the house – facing Beachy Head Drive.

Accommodation & facility check list

• Children 8+ welcome due to high deck area, low windows and unsecured swimming pool. The swimming pool has NO net and No fence. NOT suitable for children who are unable to swim unaided and or unsupervised.
• Mandatory cleaning lady, Pamela to work weekdays (excluding public holidays). Her rate is R220 per weekday. Please pay directly and in cash. Week-ends and public holidays are optional and extra.
• Wi-Fi included in the rental.
• Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
• Alarm system with outside beams.

• X2 Flat-screen TVs – DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.

• Kitchen equipped with Microwave and X1 Fridge freezer combo.
• Cooking: 4 plate Electrical Hob and Electric oven
• Scullery:  Ice machine, Cold-room. Washing machine, Tumble drier and Dishwasher.
• Gas Braai on patio.  
• Off road behind gate parking (carport) for one to two vehicles.
•  No pets allowed.
• Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
• Please note: there are x2 doors that will be locked and these rooms are not available to tenants. The owner has private cupboards which will be locked, please do not attempt to open these.
