Serviced holiday home right ON the beach! Spacious and well equipped holiday home with decked swimming pool area and direct access to the beach.

Entrance to open-plan lounge/dining area which opens out onto the balcony overlooking the pool with lovely sea views. The lounge is equipped with a Flat-screen TV, DSTV, DVD player with FM stereo, wood burning fireplace as well as a bar (seating 5) and bar fridge & ice maker.

Large dining room table with benches seats up to 12. The patio overlooks the pool and the sea. On the opposite side of the lounge – there are doors leading out to the garden area and the outdoor dining area (seats 4)

Separate kitchen has all the equipment you may need, 2 x ovens, X4 plate glass hob, X1 Free-standing Fridge, X1 Freestanding Freezer & X1 Fridge/Freezer Combo. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

On the same level as the entertainment area you have four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 x singles made up as a king with doors leading out onto a balcony and sea views (with trellidor) so you can sleep with the doors open at night.

Bedroom 2: 2 x singles made up as a king with doors leading out onto a balcony and sea views (with trellidor) so you can sleep with the doors open at night.

Bedroom 3:  2 x singles made up as a king with doors leading out onto a balcony and sea views (with trellidor) so you can sleep with the doors open at night.

Family Bathroom 1: For bedrooms 1-3 to share: Toilet.

Family Bathroom2: For bedrooms 1-3 to share: Bath with shower above the bath, toilet & bidet.

Bedroom 4:  Is your main en suite, also with 2 x singles made up as a king.

You can close off the en-suite bathroom from the other three bedrooms, or you can open up for the use of the other bedrooms. Bath with shower above the bath, toilet & bidet.

Playroom: An extra large playroom with , large pool table, poolside bar and sitting area to watch TV.    This playroom leads directly onto the pool area which is enclosed with a fence. Off this room you also have two bathrooms:

Family Bathroom 1: Bath, shower over bath and toilet.

Family Bathroom 2: Shower and Toilet.

This home is serviced by one staff member who is included in your rate (expect for low season and special reduced rates), but for a party over six an additional maid is required at your cost.

This home has two staff rooms; which are accessed off the side of the house from the kitchen back door/parking area.

Bathroom: Shower & Toilet. You need to walk through the shower area to get to the toilet.
There is another staff room accessed from the kitchen door – but this is private and for the exclusive use of the owner’s cleaning staff.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Linen, bath and beach towels are provided

• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
• Mandatory retainer maid to work for tenants. Her rates are included in the rental (this excludes low season and any special reduced rates).. Her hours are Monday to Fridays 08.00 am until 3.30pm. Should there be more than 6 occupants (including children and infants) an additional maid is required and her wages are not included in the rental. Please supply lady/ladies with basic foods and refreshments. Should you require the staff to work on Public holidays and Sundays – wages are double. Saturdays are time and a half.

• Kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, X1 fridge freezer combo, X1 free-standing fridge & X1 free-standing freezer.
• Weber Braai and half-drum portable braai available for use on patio.
• Under floor heating in the 4 upstairs bedrooms only.
• Parking is covered but not fenced on the property, but it does have an external beam. For 2 vehicles.
• No pets allowed.
• Non-smoking home, please smoke outside
• Swimming pool is fenced but does not have a safety net. Pool loungers and cushions available for use.
• Beach access: This is via a private wooden door leading through the coastal vegetation onto the beach.
• Basic beach equipment: Beach chairs & beach umbrella.
