Accommodation & facility check list:

• Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
• Cleaning Lady to work Wednesdays and Saturdays. As there are no taxis on a Saturday, she would need to be taken up to town. Her rate is R250 per day + taxi fare.
• DSTV decoder including smart card included in rental. X1 flat-screen TV.
• Kitchen equipped with fridge/ freezer combo and microwave.
• 4 Plate Gas Hob & X 1 Electric Oven.
• Scullery is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier.
• X2 braais: 1 Weber braai & x1 Built-in braai (wood burning)
• One garage parking available.
• Outside hot and cold shower.
• No pets allowed as per the rules & regulations of the estate management.
• Non-smoking home, please smoke outside
• The property is in a secure estate which has 24 hour access control.
• Please note: There is a locked & private cupboard in the passage and one in the TV room. These are not available or included in the rental.
