A quick drive to Central beach. A few minutes to restaurants, restaurants and Kwik-Spar. Just under 3kms to Robberg 5 Beach.

Set on two levels, the master bedroom is upstairs with the main living area and pool and offers stunning views of the bay. There is a second guest bedroom upstairs while the remaining bedrooms are all downstairs.

Enter from the driveway down a few stairs into the entrance hall with views towards the sea. This leads to the sheltered pool and patio area with built-in gas braai.  To the right is the modern kitchen and scullery.

The dining and lounge are open plan. The dining table seats 12 comfortably and has doors leading to the pool area. The TV lounge also has stunning views and a fireplace. There is a bar area with TV and another lounge on the left with stunning views of the sea and bay.
Doors lead out to the sea-facing patio.
The main and guest bedroom are to the left. There is also a study which opens onto the pool. There is a sheltered covered patio on the left with a sofas and a coffee table.

Stairs lead down to the guest bedrooms, a gym and sauna, an open-plan living area with TV lounge and kitchenette and a separate cinema room with projector with seating for 10.
