Across the the road from the Solar Beach boardwalk  this home is in the exclusive Solar Beach neighbourhood and offers a sheltered outdoor entertainment area with a solar-heated swimming pool. The property is equipped with a solar inverter.

Upstairs:  Open-plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen with separate scullery. The lounge has a large flat-screen TV, DSTV and gas fireplace. Dining table seats 12. There are large frameless stacking doors which open up from the lounge area onto the covered balcony. This has a built in gas braai/bbq and offers partial sea views.

Modern kitchen with separate scullery – fully equipped, with x2 fridge freezers and an extra chest freezer.  The kitchen has a ceiling fan for hot summer days. The Master bedroom and guest toilet is upstairs.

Downstairs: Entrance, double garage parking (opens with remote and has direct access into the house).

Small TV lounge with Wi-Fi with a  prep-area with bar fridge and microwave. This has doors leading onto the covered patio which is fully equipped with outdoor dining table seating 10. You are able to watch the sports on tv from the patio. Patio overlooks the solar heated swimming pool and built-in pit braai/fireplace with seating. The pool area is fully walled and private.  Remaining bedrooms are downstairs.  There is also a guest toilet downstairs.

All bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans and bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Should you require a King bed in one of the bedrooms of Bedrooms 1-4 please request at time of booking.  All beds are extra length.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are carpeted. They all have spacious built-in cupboards.

• The property has an inverter which runs the fridges upstairs, the wifi, main TV, the main lights and the plugs upstairs. It is also connected to the alarm and garage.

• Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays, her rate is included for weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays and or public holidays are optional and extra.

• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
