Street Level: The house is in an exclusive beach area and the house is in a cul-de-sac. From the street parking outside the gate – walk through the landscaped garden, pool and outdoor entertainment area all with amazing views of the sea.  Large glass doors allow incredible views right through the house to the beach.
There is a covered patio space with outdoor seating and dining space for 10. Gas BBQ Braai.

Enter into the spacious open-plan living area with stunning views of the sea and Robberg Peninsula. The modern kitchen also has sea views and allows you to keep your eye on the entertainment area. There is a central island with seating for 5 at the breakfast counter.
The dining table seats 8 guests and also offers stunning views. The lounge area offers stylish and spacious living – also with views and a freestanding fireplace for cooler days.
There are frameless glass doors that offer views towards the pool and patio area.

Glass doors lead out onto the sea-facing patio which offers front-row views of the beach, waves and sea.  This leads onto the garden and to your own private beach gate!

There is a separate lounge room with projector.

The staircase leads up to another sitting room with sea views and the bedrooms. Doors lead from the lounge onto the sea facing decked patio with two deck chairs. This has a front lawn area overlooking the sea.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:    The master bedroom and one guest bedroom are sea facing while the third room has views over the valley. The rooms offer block-out blinds.   There is one guest bathroom next to the separate downstairs lounge.

Bedroom 1: King sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Double Basin and Toilet.
The master bedroom is spacious and offers views of the sea and Robberg.  Doors lead out onto a balcony. There is a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2: X 2 Single Beds with sea-views and en-suite bathroom: Shower, Basin and Toilet.
*This room is suited to children.

Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Single Basin and Toilet.
Ceiling fan and air-conditioner. There are stunning views of the afternoon sun and sunsets.

Guest Bathroom Downstairs: Shower and Toilet.

Accommodation Checklist:

• The house is equipped with an alarm system.
• The house is equipped with an inverter which runs the lights and some plugs, but not the high consuming appliances, oven, geysers etc.
• Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from the rental at R350.00 per day
• Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
• WiFi included.

• Kitchen equipped with: 5 plate gas hob and electrical oven. X1 Fridge/Freezer combo. And another Fridge. Ice-machine. Microwave. Nespresso Machine.

• Swimming Pool does not have a fence or cover. Property is not suitable for children who are unable to swim.
