Two wide steps lead up from the driveway and into the house.
Enter into the Open-plan living room with large doors opening onto the pool and garden. Enjoy the double-volume ceiling lending light and space to the lounge, indoor dining and modern kitchen. Large glass windows frame the indigenous garden perfectly.
The indoor dining table seats 10 and the outdoor table seats 8.
The patio is equipped with a weber and portable braai as well as 2 sunloungers. There is a built-in braai in the entertainment area of the house with large glass doors opening on the pool, patio and garden. The garden is fully enclosed.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The main bedroom is on the right and the two guest bedrooms are on the left. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Main: Extra length King sized bed with smart TV and open-plan bath, shower and basins. Separate toilet. There is a private outdoor shower. Doors open up onto the garden and pool. This is a lovely spacious bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet. Smart TV. Doors lead out onto the garden and pool.
Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Guest toilet.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• The house is equipped with an inverter that runs the lights, tv and plugs but not major appliances, oven, washing machine etc.
• One cleaning lady, who knows the house available on request. Her rate is excluded from the booking.
• Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring own swimming and beach towels and beach equipment.

• Flat-screen TV & DSTV available & included in rental.
• Kitchen equipped with X1 Fridge Freezer combo, X1 Nespresso Machine, Microwave.
• Cooking: 5 plate gas hob and separate electrical oven.
• Wi-Fi available at 20 mbps.

• Scullery: Dishwasher, Washing machine & Tumble Drier.
• Weber and portable braai on patio and  built-in braai inside.
• Driveway parking for 2. The garage is used as a store and not available for parking.
• No pets allowed. ** But important for those with allergies, the owners have two short haired dogs and one cat. While the home will be cleaned for your arrival, there may be trace hairs.
• Non-smoking.
• Swimming Pool: The swimming pool does not have a pool net/cover or fence. Not suitable for small children who are unable to swim unaided.  
• Please note: There is a private store room which is excluded from the rental.
• The estate is fenced, has access control and has regular security patrols.
•  The estate is adjacent to the popular Plett Country Club:  Golf, Tennis, Padel and Bowls.
