Single story house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.    The driveway leads to the single garage, guest parking and front door.
Enter into the  open-plan living area with modern kitchen, indoor dining seating 10, expansive entrance area and sitting room with TV and fireplace. Doors lead onto the covered entertainment area with braai,  outdoor furniture leading onto the enclosed garden and pool area.

There is a separate cosy TV lounge with a Smart TV and DSTV.

Doors lead from the lounge area onto the seafacing open patio with outdoor table with lovely views of the wildside and the ocean.

Off the TV lounge are three bedrooms including the main and the 4’th bedroom is opposite the entrance.

Main Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with TV and King sized bed and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Double Shower, Double Basin and separate toilet. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and blockout blinds.
Bedroom 2:  Queen bed with TV, views of the wildside and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and en-suite bathroom:  Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with TV connected to Netflix and DSTV and ensuite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

ACCOMMODATION AMENITIES:

• The swimming pool is heated and is NOT equipped with a pool net or pool fence and is not safe for small children who are unable to swim unaided.
