TOP FLOOR Modern, neat and clean Holiday Apartment in the private Fish Eagle Private Estate.
The Estate is on the banks of the Keurbooms River and next door to the Plett Angling Club and Restaurant. There is a boat mooring available and you have access to the expansive lawn areas with free-roaming Springbok. Pump prawns at low tide and fish from the banks of the Keurbooms River.

5.5kms to Market Square, 1.5kms to Thyme and Again Farmstall, 400 meters to Forever Resort Aventura.

There is a lovely open-plan Living Area with air-conditioner, TV Lounge, indoor Dining and covered Patio all with views of the Keurbooms River.
The outdoor Patio has frame-less glass stacking Doors which are able to open-up completely, there is a built-in Braai on the Patio. There is a wrap-around Balcony on the River front – doors lead from all the Bedrooms onto the Balcony with views over the Estate and the River.

The Apartment offers a separate fully self-catering Kitchen and separate Scullery. The Kitchen has a Counter seating 3.
The Estate has Access Control and has Security Cameras on the perimeter of the Property as well as the River Front.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
All Bedrooms have Carpets and Doors leading onto the River front Patio. The main Bedroom has an Air-conditioner and Gas Heater, while the two Guest Bedrooms each have Ceiling Fans.
Bedroom 1: Main Bedroom. Lovely views of the River and sliding Door leading onto the Patio. Queen sized Bed and en-suite Bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds and en-suite Bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: X1 King sized Bed and en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

Accommodation and Facility Checklist:

* Linen, Bath and one set of Pool/ Beach Towels provided.
* ADSL Internet at 10mbps
* X1 Built-in Braai.
* Smart TV in Lounge with Netflix and Showmax. You will need to use your DSTV account to log in and use the DSTV.
* Kitchen is equipped: 4 plate Elec Glass Hob & Under-counter Electric Oven, X1 Full Fridge and Freezer, Prep Bowl, Filtered Water and Microwave.
* Scullery: X1 Dishwasher and Washing Machine. There is a Courtyard just off the Scullery which has a Wash Basin and the Wash line.
* One Beach Umbrella provided for your use.
*For Load-shedding: There is an inverter with a lithium battery that runs the TV and can charge devices. There is a single Gas Cooker and X5 rechargeable Lanterns. There is also a power back-up for the Wi-Fi.
* There is one Boat mooring available, you would need to launch from the Keurbooms Nature Conservation Jetty.
* For the cooler months: Underfloor heating is available – please note that it is disconnected in Summer.
* Strictly no Pets allowed.
* Important: Please note for those with Pet allergies, the Owners have a Dog who will not be in Residence during your stay.
* Parking, one Guest Parking behind the Garage and another at the Guest Parking. This is a on a first-come, first-serve basis.
* Non-smoking.
* Tenants and their Guests to adhere to the Estate Rules.
* There is a locked Cupboard in the main Bedroom and one in the Scullery that are private and excluded from the rental.
* Access: This Property has Stairs from the ground-floor.

Payment and Booking Terms:
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
