Bedroom 3: X 2 3/4 Beds with built-in cupboards
Family Bathroom: Bath with hand-shower, Shower and Toilet.

There is a study upstairs which has a single day bed.
Stairs lead down to an open-plan living area that has X1 sofa bed and a single pull-out Bed underneath it. This leads into the last bedroom –

Parking: There is one garage parking available and another in the driveway.

• One cleaning lady to work 3 weekdays per week. Her rate is excluded from the rental.
