Enter directly into the House from the Double Garage. There is an Indoor Dining Table seating 10, separate modern Kitchen with a Scullery.
Spacious double volume Lounge with TV and Fireplace and Indoor Bar seating 6 with built-in Braai have stacking Doors opening onto the Sea-facing Entertainment Deck, heated Swimming Pool and Garden.
There is one Guest Bedroom and Bathroom on this level with Doors leading onto the Sea-facing Deck and Garden.
A few stairs up leads to the Entrance and another Guest Bedroom with X2 single Beds and en-suite Bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the top floor Entertainment Area, Main Bedroom and another Guest Bedroom.
The Entertainment Area is partially covered and is decked with a Garden and Lawn. Enjoy the heated Swimming Pool, built-in Gas Braai and two outdoor Dining Tables – one seating 10 and another 6. There are 3 Sun Loungers to use around the Swimming Pool.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Main Bedroom: Queen sized Bed with Ceiling Fan, independent TV with DSTV, Dressing Room and full en-suite Bathroom with double Shower, Bath and Toilet. The Bedrooms offers lovely Sea-views. Doors lead out onto the Sea-facing Balcony which overlooks the Garden Estate and towards the Sea and Robberg Nature Reserve.
Bedroom 2: King extra length Bed with Ceiling Fan and doors leading onto the upstairs Patio with views. En-suite bathroom: Bath with hand-shower, Shower and Toilet. This Bedroom has a TV connected to independent DSTV Decoder.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds, Ceiling Fan and Sea views. En-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: X1 Queen Bed with Sea-views and Doors leading onto the Patio and Garden. En-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Accommodation and Facility Check-List:
* Mandatory Cleaning Lady to work Weekdays. Her rate is included for 2 days per Week.
* Please note that there is one Private Room that will be locked and is excluded from the rental.
* The Heated Pool is equipped with a Safety Net.
* The Kitchen is equipped with a 6 plate Gas Stove, Electric Oven, Convection Microwave Oven, Double door Fridge Freezer combo.
* The Scullery is equipped with a Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dishwasher.
* There is a Wine Fridge downstairs and another Fridge at the Bar.
* No pets allowed. The Owner does have a small dog – please note for those with allergies.
* The main Lounge TV is a Smart TV connected to DSTV.
* Uncapped Wi-Fi
