Street Level:  Garage, parking and entrance.

From the street, a door leads down a few stairs to the front door. To the right of the front door is the 4’th bedroom which has its own entrance. The front door has a security trellidoor.

Main House:   Open plan lounge with large flat-screen TV, DSTV Decoder, x2 dining tables (seating 12 & seating 10), bar area with TV and well equipped kitchen and scullery.
Lounge has a big flat screen TV. Guest toilet. The second dining area leads onto an enclosed Jacuzzi room (Please note that the Jacuzzi has been disconnected and is excluded from the rental.

The one dining area opens up onto the pool/braai area with outdoor gas braai. There is a retractable awning for the patio area over the pool.  The pool is a plunge pool and is solar heated.  There is an outdoor wooden table with wooden benches seating 8 at the braai and pool area.

Stairs lead up to the Main and second bedroom while bedroom 3 is off from the dining area near the kitchen side.

The garage and parking is upstairs and has direct access into the house.

BEDROOMS:

Main Bedroom/Bedroom 1: Upstairs: King sized bed en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Hand-shower and Toilet.   Doors open onto the outside but no balcony only a balustrade at doors. There is an air-conditioner.

Bedroom 2: Upstairs: Double bed en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet. Doors open onto a small balcony.

Bedroom 3: Downstairs: X1 King Sized Bed – this could be covered to 2 Single Beds on request and only at time of booking. (Please confirm should you require this option.) En-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet.

Bedroom 4:  x1 Double Bed en-suite bathroom: Bath with an over-head Shower & Toilet.

Accommodation & facility check list

• Linen and bath and pool towels are provided.  Please bring your beach towels.
• Property is equipped with an electric inverter that runs basic lights, X1 TV and the plugs at the bar area.
• Mandatory staff member to work Mondays and Thursdays at R350.00 per day. His wages are excluded from the rental. Please pay directly and in cash.  Please provide basic breakfast and lunch (sandwich/tea and a light meal for lunch).  Should you require extra servicing, a cleaning lady is available to work extra.

• DSTV decoder (Explora) including smart card available & included in rental. All TV’s are not independent and watch the same TV channel as the TV lounge.

• Equipped with: Top loader washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, X1 fridge & freezer combo. There is one chest freezer in the scullery which is excluded from the rental.
• 4 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven.
• WIFI available.
• Property is fully enclosed and has an alarm system with external security beams.
• Portable Braai and gas braai provided. Please note:  There is a built-in indoor gas braai at the dining area inside which is no longer connected.
• Single garage parking available. More parking for 2 vehicles behind gates in front of the garage. Should you have a large vehicle – please check the size at time of booking.
• The plunge pool is solar heated and has no net and no fence.
• Small electronic safe available for use. The large safe is excluded from the rental.
• No pets allowed.
