The open-plan living area is light and spacious with a sitting room, indoor dining seating 8, kitchen and a semi-separate TV area. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs.
There is another covered patio on the other side of the house also with outdoor seating, a patio table and a gas weber braai.

Bedroom 1: U/S – King bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: U/S – X2 Single Beds with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: D/S – X1 Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

Accommodation Checklist:

• The house is equipped with an alarm system with external security beams.
• Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
• Beach equipment: Beach umbrellas and beach chairs.
• Uncapped WiFi included. This is for basic internet usage. No high volume streaming.
• Premium DSTV included.
• Kitchen equipped with:  5 plate gas hob and X2 electrical ovens . X1 Fridge/Freezer combo. Microwave.
• Scullery equipped with: X1 Full fridge, X1 Full freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier.
• Patio has a gas braai.
• Mandatory cleaning lady to work at R300.00 per weekday for a minimum of 2 days per week. The housekeeping lady lives on site in her own room.
