From the parking and driveway – enter into the entrance with an open-plan living area. The lounge is equipped with a TV and DSTV, indoor dining seating 8, bar area and kitchen. There is a separate scullery.
Large stacking doors open-up completely to the covered patio with braai and outdoor dining table. There is a open outdoor lounge area with sun-umbrella which overlooks the pool and fenced garden and lawn with views towards the sea and valley.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Main Bedroom: X1 King-sized Bed with sea-views and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: X1 Double Bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: X 2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. An aluminum stable-door opens onto the back which leads to a gate to the driveway and parking – perfect for an independent teen or young adults.

Accommodation and Facility Checklist:

* Bed Linen and Bath towels and one set of pool Towels are provided.
* Mandatory cleaning lady to work Tuesdays and Fridays at R280.00 per weekday from 8am until 5pm. Her wages are excluded from the rental. Please pay weekly and direct in cash.

* Smart TV and Premium DSTV.
* Kitchen: This is equipped with a 5 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven. Microwave. Once fridge freezer combo. Coffee Machine.
* Scullery: Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumbler Drier.
* The bar has a bar fridge.
* There is an invertor which runs the TV, Wi-Fi, plugs, lights and one fridge in the kitchen.
* Tenants must agree and adhere to the house rules of Schoongeizcht and all guests pre-registered with security and management.
* The Swimming Pool does not have a Safety Fence nor a Safety Net. Property not suited to Children who are unable to swim.
* There is a built-in Braai and a Weber Braai.
* Parking on driveway for two vehicles. The garage is excluded from the rental and will be locked.
* For those with allergies: The owners do have pets but they will not be in residence during any rentals.
