4 Bedrooms/4 Bathrooms – SLEEPS 8 Holiday in comfort and style – This fresh and well equipped holiday house is situated in a quiet residential area adjacent to a green-belt and within easy walking distance to Solar Beach. ±600 meters to the beach.
Entrance into the open-plan dining area (seating 8) and modern kitchen. Doors lead out on the covered outdoor entertainment area overlooking the swimming pool and garden. There is a built-in braai (for wood or charcoal) with outdoor seating as well as an outdoor dining table seating 8. Frameless glass doors enclose the patio and open up. The swimming pool is in a sunny garden and there are 4 sun-loungers available for use perfect for holiday reading while watching the kids in the pool. There are two TV lounges each with DSTV. Separate scullery and laundry.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM CONFIGURATION: The main bedroom is upstairs while remaining bedrooms are downstairs.
Main Bedroom: King sized bed with door leading out onto a Juliette balcony. (lovely for early morning coffees) En-suite bathroom: Shower, Bath & Toilet. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. This room has louvre shutters on the windows and door.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with ceiling fan. Large sliding door leads out onto a balcony with bench seating overlooking the pool. Flat-screen TV, DSTV decoder and DVD player.
Bedroom 3: X1 Bunk Bed (suited to children). This room has it’s own entrance door.
Family Bathroom: (For bedrooms 2 & 3 to share): Bath (with hand-shower), Shower & Toilet
These two bedrooms are to the right of the house.
Family Bathroom 2: Shower and Toilet. This is off the entrance area to your right.
On the other side and leading off the larger TV lounge is
Bedroom 4: Double bed en-suite bathroom (bath with an over-head shower & toilet). The bedroom has double French-styled doors leading out onto a patio which has a table seating two overlooking the garden.
Accommodation & facility check list:
• Linen, bath and pool swimming towels are provided – please bring your own beach towels.
• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
• WIFI included.
• The property is equipped with an alarm system – both internal and outside beams.
• Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge & freezer combo and microwave.
• 4 Plate Gas hob and double electric oven.
• Laundry is equipped with washing machine & tumble drier.
• Built-in charcoal or wood braai on the patio with outdoor dining table.
• X1 Covered car-port available.
• Single garage parking only. The garage is a double garage but one parking space is available.
• Swimming pool has no net and no fence. No babies, no toddlers and no small children who are unable to swim.
• Mandatory cleaning lady – Anneline – to work weekdays (Mondays to Thursdays). Anneline may be available on Saturdays at R330 per day. Her rate is excluded from the rental. Her hours are from 8.30am until 3pm. Weekday rate: R220 per day including transport. Public holidays and week-ends are optional and extra.
• The garden and pool are serviced once a week. This service is included in the rental.
• Please note: The owner’s private study area is excluded from the rental and will be locked. There are some cupboards in the bedroom and house that are locked and are excluded from the rental. There is ample cupboard and hanging space.
• No pets allowed. The owners do have a pet with them when they are in residence. Please note for those with allergies.
• There is a small herb garden which you’re welcome to use and enjoy.
• Strictly non-smoking home, please smoke outside
