The front door opens into the entrance hall. On the left is the TV room with doors leading to the covered patio, pool and garden.  Down the passage is the open-plan TV room, indoor dining seating 6 and a modern kitchen with spacious open-plan scullery.

Doors lead from the dining area to the covered patio, Weber braai, plunge pool and garden.    The outdoor table seats 12-16. There are roller blinds on the patio for privacy.
The lounge has a flat-screen TV with full DSTV. The pool is a Martini seater pool.

All the bedrooms are upstairs with a guest bathroom downstairs.  Doors lead out from the main and second guest bedroom onto the balcony with lovely mountain views. Bedroom 3 has doors leading out onto a private balcony which overlooks the large lawn.

Main Bedroom: King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Toilet.  Doors open up onto the patio. There is a dressing room area.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and door to patio. En-suite bathroom: Bath & Toilet.
Bedroom 3: Double bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet.

There is a separate guest toilet downstairs.

• The swimming pool has no safety net or fence and is not suitable for babies and children who are unable to swim unsupervised.  The pool is a Martini seat 3X3 meters.
