Enter from the driveway into the entrance hall. To your right are the guest bedrooms and bathrooms. To the left, the living area and to the front, the entertainment and pool area. The living area, pool, entertainment areas and 4 bedrooms are all one on level. There is a flat with kitchenette and lounge area downstairs – perfect for an independent couple or teen who likes their own space. The garden is professionally landscaped, effortlessly surrounding the home.
The main living area is open-plan, light and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with a pantry and separate scullery. The indoor dining seats 12 . The lounge is equipped with a large comfortable sofas, a large smart-TV and fireplace. There are high quality plantation shutters. Framelss glass doors lead to the entertainment area which is central to the house.
The entertainment area has a TV area with flat-screen smart TV and fireplace, and indoor sitting room, an indorr bench style table and bar area. The bar has 2 drinks’ fridges, a wine fridge and a boom box perfect for entertaining.
Frameless glass doors open up completely onto the decked pool area. There is a patio table seating 6 overlooking the decked pool area and valley. There are three sun umbrellas on the pool deck, X2 sun loungers and a Weber braai. This area has the most amazing sunset views.

Bedroom 4: X2 Bunk Beds with 3 / 4 beds and ensuite bathroom: Shower, Basin and Toilet. This bedroom has an airconditioner and is suited to children sharing.

Bedroom 5: This is a lovely apartment downstairs and is private away from the main house.

The house sleeps a maximum of 12. 8 adults and 4 children.
The house is fully equipped with a solar backup power which runs the house except for the airconditioners. The hot water system works off gas.
Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays from 08.30am until 2.45pm daily. Her rate is included in the rental and is for general housekeeping. The maid will assist with the laundering of bed linen. Should there be more than 8 occupants, a laundry lady may be required to assist – this would be for the tenant’s account at R400.00 per weekday.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.
The swimming pool has an electric pool heater but has no safety cover or pool net and is not suited to children who are unable to swim. There are 2 sunloungers with cushions.
The kitchen has two full fridges, a 5 plate gas hob and an undercounter oven. * There is a full free-standing freezer and a full chest freezer in the garage.
There is a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, Nespresso Machine, Airfryer, Microwave and Coffee/Tea Station.
Filtered water is provided in the bar, the icemaker and the kitchen.
Fibre internet at 200mbps. Smart TV’s provided.
Secure garage parking for 2 vehicles. There is space for bicycles and golf carts. There is a full fridge/freezer combo, a chest freezer, an ice-machine, tumble drier, a smart TV , table tennis and retro arcade game.
