Enter from the street level and driveway, down a few stairs into the entrance hall. The Master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs and the 4’th bedroom and living, pool and entertainment areas are downstairs.
A staircase leads down to the spacious open-plan living area with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, indoor dining and an indoor TV lounge with unique views over the valley and dam.
Large stacking doors open from the dining to a sunny patio with a large sun umbrella overlooking the landscaped garden and valley. From the kitchen and lounge area, doors open onto the covered entertainment area. This is perfect for summertime living. There is an outdoor dining table, gas braai, built-in bar with drink’s fridges and an outdoor lounge. The outdoor lounge has frameless glass doors – giving protection from the elements but allowing you to soak the views in. There are two ceiling fans on the patio and another in the tv lounge area.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom with a study area at the entrance. This bedroom has very special views of the valley and dam with a full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Double Basin and Toilet, a walk-in cupboard and glass doors opening onto the expansive top floor balcony. The bedroom has a smart TV connected to an independent DSTV decoder. King sized bed. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and roller blinds.
Bedroom 2: A guest bedroom with a double volume ceiling. Queen sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet. Doors lead out onto the balcony, also with lovely views of the valley and dam. This bedroom also has an air-conditioner and a ceiling fan. There is a smart TV with Netflix.
Bedroom 3: X2 3 / 4 Sized beds and an ensuite bathroom: Shower, Basin and Toilet. There is a smart TV with Netflix.
Bedrooms 4: X1 Queen Sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower, Double basin, Toilet and Heated Towel Rails.
Guest Bathroom: Basin and Toilet.
ACCOMODATION CHECK LIST:
- Mandatory Cleaning lady to work weekdays at R400.00 per weekday.
- Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided
- Fibre Wi-Fi included
- Solar powered inverter running the lights and plugs but not the oven and geysers.
- Please note that the current photos show a pizza oven on the left of the patio area. This will be removed during winter 2025. A new braai area is being planned without the pizza oven.
- The pool is equipped with a pool cover.
- The patio is equipped with a Weber braai and a Gas braai, two drinks fridges and an ice machine.
- The lounge, kitchen and dining area has a central gas fireplace.
The fireplace under the TV in the lounge is no longer in use due to the position of the TV. - The kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate gas hob, double eye-level ovens, a built-in AEG coffee machine, a Nespresso Coffee machine and a milk frother, a microwave, an air-fryer and two full fridges.
The warming drawer in the kitchen is excluded. A part is on order but may be delayed. - The scullery is equipped with a chest freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
- For babies: There are two travel cots and one Bassinet and two feeding high-chairs.
- The garage is excluded from the rental but there is secure parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
- Beach Equipment can be stored next to the garage.
- There is one locked and private cupboard under the staircase.
