A quick drive to Plettenberg Bay’s beautiful beaches and right next door to the Plettenberg Bay country club and golf course. This double story and well maintained home in the popular Brackenridge security estate is available for holiday rentals. This home offers well equipped and spacious living, a private pool area in a courtyard and lovely patio areas.

Downstairs: Enter from the driveway and garage paring into the courtyard and garden. The front door leads into the sitting room downstairs with large glass stacking doors opening onto the courtyard and swimming pool. The three bedrooms are downstairs and the living areas upstairs.
Upstairs is a spacious open-plan living area with TV lounge, indoor dining seating 8 and kitchen with a separate scullery. Large glass sliding doors open up from the lounge area onto the covered patio with patio furniture. The outdoor dining table is open on the patio with a sun umbrella and two sun-loungers with cushions.

Glass stacking doors fold open at the dining area and this overlooks the courtyard and pool area downstairs. From the lounge area you have lovely views of the Roodefontein dam and some valley views.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom leads out onto the courtyard garden and pool while the two guest bedrooms are on the North wing and have doors leading onto a paved patio and indigenous garden and lawn area.
Bedroom 1 : King sized bed and bathroom: Bath, Shower, Basin, Heated Towel Rails and separate toilet. Built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
A single bed can be provided into bedroom 2 should guests prefer not to share a bed. Please confirm at time of booking if needed. Property will still sleep a maximum of 6.

PROPERTY CHECKLIST:
No children under 10.
The swimming pool is not enclosed, fenced or has a safety net. Not suited to children who are unable to swim unaided.
Small pet may be allowed on application and time of booking. It would need to be a small pet with a good recall. Please enquire on suitability of property and garden.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.
One cleaning lady included for one day per week. Extra days are optional and extra and tenants to pay her directly.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven. Nespresso Coffee Machine. X1 Fridge/Freezer combo. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Microwave.
Garage parking for one vehicle and car port for 1. Driveway parking. The owners will leave one vehicle in the garage.
There are two private storerooms that will be locked.
Property is equipped with an inverter for back up power.
There are three braais: X2 charcoal Weber Braais downstairs and one gas braai upstairs.
There are three sun umbrellas.
Fibre internet and wifi available.
Beach equipment provided: Beach umbrella, chairs and cooler box.
Tenants and their guests to adhere to the estate rules.
