Lounge with smart TV, indoor dining seating 8-10, well equipped kitchen and scullery. Doors lead from the kitchen scullery to an enclosed patio with outdoor table seating 4 and a small gas braai.
From the lounge and dining, stacking doors lead to the enclosed entertainment area with a Smart TV, Built-in braai, lounge suite, and a bench-style seating table for 6-8.
This leads out to the private pool, garden, and an outdoor dining area with table seating 8. There is another gas braai to use on this side. The garden is private and is next to a green belt.
The main bedroom is near to the pool side, while the two guest bedrooms are near the entrance.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs with independent DSTV decoders. Main Bedroom: King sized bed with en-suite open-plan bathroom: Bath, Shower, Basin and separate toilet. Dressing room.

ACCOMMODATION CHECK-LIST:
- Bed linen, bath and pool towels provided.
- Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. She is included for 1 day per week. Weekends and public holidays are optional and extra.
- There are ±4 standing fans available as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom.

- Smart TV with DSTV. The braai room has a smart TV with streaming DSTV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped: 5-plate gas hob, electric oven, microwave, airfrier, bean-to-coffee machine. X 1 Full Fridge and X1 full Freezer.
- The scullery is equipped with a Dishwasher and Washing machine.
- Garage parking for one vehicle. The owners will leave on vehicle in the garage. Parking for another 2 in the driveway.
- There is an ice-machine and spare fridge in the garage. The freezer in the garage is excluded from the rental.
- Property is equipped with a solar inverter. This runs all the appliances except the pool pump and filter and the appliances in the scullery.
- The swimming pool is solar heated and is equipped with a safety cover. Kindly confirm at time of booking if the cover is required.
- X4 beach chairs and X2 cooler boxes.
- Sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers at the pool area.
- There are X2 gas braais for outdoor use and X1 built-in wood braai for indoor.
- The owner’s study will be locked and is excluded from the rental.
