Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen.  Dining inside – seats 6. Doors lead from lounge onto the partially covered patio – thatch roofing with outdoor seating and cushions for 4, outdoor dining table for 4 and gas braai.

Both bedrooms are carpeted. The main bedroom has a small portable air-conditioner and the guest bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Main Bedroom: Queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed with separate bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Both rooms lead out onto the patio and braai area.

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST

  • There is an inverter that will run the TV, a lamp, the Wi-Fi, and charge devices.
  • Two sets of bed linen, bath and basic swimming towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels
  • Beach Equipment available: Small cooler box, x2 beach chairs, small picnic bag.
  • Smart TV and DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Kitchen equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge & freezer.
  • 2 plate Electric Hob and 2 plate gas hob with Electric oven
  • Gas Braai on the patio.
  • X1 designated parking bay under the carport outside the apartment. This is fenced off from the street via the main security gate and then another remote-controlled security gate.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Non-smoking.
