In a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is set on four levels but is cosy enough for one couple or a small family. Enjoy the close proximity to Sanctuary beach, access to the Sanctuary Pool and Tennis Courts and the beautiful sea views from the top entertainment living area.
On the street level access to the garage, driveway, and entrance. Stairs lead up to the First Floor with a lovely garden and covered patio area with an 8-seater jacuzzi and outdoor sun loungers. This leads to the downstair patio with the front door.
Through the front door and into the entrance hall, to your left is a cosy TV lounge and to your right, the three bedrooms and bathrooms.
Stairs lead up to the second floor which has the main living area.
There is a sitting room with large glass doors leading onto the expansive patio. The patio offers outdoor patio furniture, a table seating 6 as well as a free-standing braai for either charcoal or wood.
The modern kitchen is well equipped. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 10.
Stairs lead up to the top floor. There is an expansive open outdoor entertainment area, offering lovely views of the sea.
There is a built-in 4-seater bar and prep bowl and countertops for dining as well as a bar fridge.

Accommodation Check-List:
Mandatory cleaning to work Tuesdays from 8.30am to 3:30pm at R400.00 per day.
Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

The property offers access to the Sanctuary Club and Gym. There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool and tennis courts. Please check times on the board at the club for tennis court availability and when the swim school uses the indoor pool.
