- Mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays and Fridays. Her rate is included in the rental for 2 weekdays excluding public holidays. Her hours are from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
- The Swimming Pool does not have a Safety Net or Fence. There are X2 sun loungers for use around the pool.
- Alarm system with external and internal security beams.
- Linen, Bath and one set of Pool/ Beach Towels provided.
