UPSTAIRS- STREET LEVEL AND PARKING:
Enter into an enclosed entrance area and then to the front door.
See the stunning views of the sea. Open-plan living area with bar, sofas, large flat-screen TV, indoor dining seating 10 guests and kitchen with separate scullery.
There is surround music system upstairs.
Frame-less glass doors open onto the top floor patio – which has a jacuzzi, gas braai and weber braai and outdoor dining table. There is outdoor patio furniture with cushions and sun-loungers with cushions.
A spiral stair case leads up to the viewing deck and down to the bottom deck and pool.
MIDDLE LEVEL:
This has the decked pool and patio with stunning views as well as the two main bedrooms and guest bedrooms. There is a TV room on this level.
Bedrooms: The bedrooms have sea views and sliding doors to the patio.
Main: King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom: 2 King sized bed and full en-suite bathroom

There are two bathrooms across the hall for the two middle bedrooms to use (3 and 4)
Bathroom 1: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST:
- One cleaning lady included in the rate for weekdays. Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are optional and extra.
- The swimming pool does not have a safety cover and the property may not be safe for babies and small children due to the spiral staircases and high balconies.
- Linen, bath and one set of pool towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
- Strictly no pets allowed.
- Non-smoking.
- Built-in gas braai and weber braai with patio furniture.
- DSTV included in the rental
- Kitchen is fully equipped: Granite counter tops: 5 plate gas hob & electric oven and another oven, X1 fridge/freezer combo, microwave.
- Scullery is equipped with X1 washing machine, X1 tumble drier & X1 dishwasher.
- Sun-loungers available for use at the pool and patio area.
- Parking for 2-3 vehicles off street and directly behind the garage. The garage may be available on special request.
- The property is equipped with an alarm system and electric fencing.
- Route to the beach: The easiest way is down Hopwood street and into the parking area. There is a servitude gate into Estrella street and then down to the back of Hobie beach as well. It does go through the coastal bushes and Milkwood trees to the beach.
