This is at the pool and has lovely views of the lagoon. Sliding folding doors offer open access to all entertainment and patio areas and poolside loungers. Pool towels are provided. This is a predominantly wind-free area can be opened up with views to the lagoon.

Walk-in drinks cold room and separate cold room in the kitchen area.
Seating arrangements for indoor and outdoor dining can be configured to seat up to 40 guests in a single sitting.

Sofa seating is available for up to 14 guests.
Enjoy your own pizza oven, three outdoor braais and one indoor braai, one open-flame, one Weber and one Roeseli. There are two lamb-spits and one griller. There is also one souvla machine.
There are X8 wooden tables for the outdoor patio with chairs.
The cook has access to the on-site seasonal herb and vegetable gardens!
The catering kitchen is equipped with:
Meat slicers, microwave, pasta maker, Steamers, X2 kitchen aids, Magimix icecream machine and a Gelatissimo “ice-cream” machine. Vacuum packer. Walk in fridge. Air-fryers and blenders. 9 gas hobs, 2 electric plates, gas and electric ovens.
One warming tray.
Separate scullery with X2 Dishwashers.
THE GYM IS EQUIPPED WITH:
- TV, a variety of dumbells, rowing machine, bench press, cycling machine, X2 step machines and a treadmill.
There are two guest bathrooms in the entertainment area.
The main house is excluded and private. Accommodation can be rented out.
We have upmarket holiday accommodation, a 5 bedroom and 4-bedroom apartment and an upmarket 9-bedroom penthouse. They are available individually or can be rented together.
