The large private entertainment area offers a fully-equipped catering kitchen for primary use, dining areas, tv and a gym. The access to the property is controlled with electric fencing, external security beams and a guard house on the street side next to the gate should you wish to employ a guard.
The main section which is accessed via a staircase from the parking area, has an expansive open-plan living area with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, lagoon, and mountains.
Large glass doors open onto the covered patio with numerous seating arrangements and sun loungers.
A further TV lounge is adjunct to the main living area. A further private lounge is located further in the house with doors leading to the main deck patio area – all with stunning views. This lounge can also be used as a study (sorry not while on holiday!)
This house is equipped with a fully wired fibre network – with Wi-Fi access points throughout the house.

This is at the pool and has lovely views of the lagoon. Sliding folding doors offer open access to all entrainment and patio areas and poolside loungers. Pool towels are provided. This is a predominantly wind-free area that can be opened up with views of the lagoon.
