  • Mandatory cleaning lady to be employed on weekdays. Weekends and public holidays are optional and extra. Daily rate: R226. Saturdays: R329. Sundays and public holidays: R432 – all including taxi fare.
  • Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Swimming/beach towels may be available. Please confirm at the time of booking.
  • Lounge equipped with: Flat-screen TV and DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Downstairs lounge: TV and connected to the DSTV.
  • Kitchen equipped with:  Washing machine and dishwasher. Fridge/Freezer Combo
  • Cooking facilities: 5 plate electric hob and oven combo.  Microwave.
  • Patio: Sea-facing covered with built-in braai and outdoor table seating 4.  Retractable awning. X2 Sunloungers and cushions. Sofa and X2 chairs under partially covered patio.
  • Downstairs patio: Table and chairs seating 4. X2 Sunlounges.
  • Swimming Pool: No safety net but fenced. The TV lounge downstairs and bedroom 4 lead onto the pool and paved area. Umbrella.
  • X2 Single garage parking. Opens and closes with remote.
  • Security: The property is equipped with an alarm system which has both internal and external security beams.
  • Security gates and trellis doors downstairs. Burglar bars on bedroom windows.  Property not fenced or enclosed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
