Double-story house – the master bedroom and living area is upstairs while the guest bedrooms and pool are downstairs.

Upstairs: Open-plan living area all with lovely views of the lagoon and sea, TV area with TV connected to DSTV, large indoor dining table seating with separate kitchen with dining table seating 6, and a separate scullery. The lounge leads onto the front sea and lagoon-facing patio with gas braai and an outdoor table seating 8 and a covered seating area all with stunning views of the lagoon and sea.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOMS:

Main Bedroom – Air conditioner and views. – Carpeted room with ceiling fan. King sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath with hand shower, Shower, and Toilet.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: King-sized Bed with ceiling fan, shutters, and doors leading onto the garden patio.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds with ceiling fan, shutters, and garden view.

Family Bathroom: Shower and Toilet for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom: Toilet, Bath with overhead Shower.
Bedroom 5: Queen-sized bed with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

ACCOMMODATION CHECKLIST:

  • No Pets.
  • Mandatory LIVE-IN housekeeper included in the rental.  Contracted to work for occupants, Mon-Fri, 9 am to 1 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.  Daily duties include making of beds, laundering of linen, and general housekeeping. 
  • If occupants require personal laundry and ironing, babysitting, cooking, etc. it is to be arranged directly with the housekeeper at an additional charge to be paid to her directly. 
  • The staff quarters are located at the back of the property. – If more than 6 occupants in the residence, a 2nd housekeeper will be arranged if you do not bring your own housekeeper. 
  • The 2nd housekeeper is not included in the rental (i.e., for the tenant’s account) and will be contracted on your behalf to assist the housekeeper 2 days of the week. 
  • Please pay this 2nd housekeeper directly at the end of every week @ R270 per day.
  • The house is equipped with an alarm system with external security beams and an electric gate.
  • Parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. Double car-port and parking in the driveway. The garage is excluded from the rental and will remain locked as it is used as a store.  Remote controlled access gate to the property.
  • Bed linen, bath, and swimming towels are provided.
  • Wi-Fi included.
  • Premium DSTV included. X1 TV, X1 DSTV Decoder.
  • Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, 4 Plate gas hob and electrical oven. X1 Fridge/Freezer Combo. Nespresso
  • Scullery equipped with: Microwave, X1 Fridge/Freezer combo, Dishwasher , Washing Machine and Tumble Drier.
  • Patio has gas Weber braai, outdoor table seating 8.
  • Garden/Pool area: X2 Sun Umbrellas and X5 Sun loungers, enclosed garden.
  • Swimming Pool does NOT have a safety net or fence.  The property is not suitable for children who are unable to swim unaided.
  • Sitting Room upstairs has a built-in Mexican freestanding fireplace.
  • Non-smoking.
