  • Garage parking for 2 vehicles. The garage leads directly into the house. The garage houses the washing machine and tumble drier.
  • Kitchen equipped with X1 standing fridge/freezer combo. Dishwasher, microwave. Cooking: 5 plate gas hob and electric oven (Defy Thermofan).
  • The patio has a round 6 seater table and a bar fridge and a Built-in Braai Charcoal only.
  • Please note for those who are sensitive to traffic noise: the house is close to Piesang Valley road.
  • Strictly no pets allowed.
  • Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
