Stairs lead up from the street and front entrance to the front door. The double garage leads directly into the house. Enter into the spacious open-plan living area – modern kitchen, indoor dining space seating 10 with a cosy L-shaped sofa.
Stacking doors open out onto the covered entertainment area with gas braai, outdoor dining table seating 6-8, and another built-in braai for wood or charcoal. This overlooks the swimming pool and garden.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a fixed electrical inverter for backup power.
Main Bedroom – spacious room with a Queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet. A sliding door leads to the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2: King or x2 Single beds (please confirm before arrival) – Can be converted with a zip link.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
Bathroom: (For bedrooms 2-4 to share): Bath, Shower, Toilet.

ACCOMMODATION CHECKLIST:
- The house is equipped with an alarm system with external and internal security beams.
- Fixed Electrical Inverter. This runs the lights, alarm, garage, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. It will not run the oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, or electric kettle.
- Remote-controlled garage door. X1 Fridge/Freezer combo.
- Bed linen, bath, and swimming towels are provided.
- Fibre Wi-Fi included.
- X1 Smart TV with streaming apps. Netflix is provided but guests need own log-in details to access other streaming apps.
- Kitchen equipped with 5 plate gas hob and electrical oven. X1 Fridge/Freezer combo. Microwave.
- Patio has built-in gas braai, and outdoor table seating 6-8. Built-in seating with cushions. Views to the pool.
- Garden/Pool area: Built-in brick braai, x2 Sun loungers, enclosed garden.
- The scullery is equipped with a Dishwasher, Washing machine and Drier.
- The Swimming Pool has a safety net. Please confirm if required before arrival.
- Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided.
