Enter into the spacious double-volume open-plan living area with views of the sea and Robberg.    The driveway from the street leads down into the double garage with direct access to the house via the scullery and kitchen.

The main living and entertainment area has a modern, well-equipped kitchen to the left, with a kitchen ledge seating 4 and views over the bay. Indoor dining table seating 10 and large flat-screen TV in the living area. Sea-facing balcony with frameless glass balustrade. From the TV area, this leads to the entertainment area, a fully equipped bar seating 6, a large flat-screen TV to watch the game, and a cozy L-shaped sofa to fit the whole family and friends. Large stacking doors lead out to the covered patio with built-in braai, Weber, and outdoor dining table seating up to 14 guests.

The staircase leads to the lower level with all the bedrooms, a large TV room and the pool, deck and garden – all with sea views.

  • Mandatory cleaning lady to work 5 weekdays per week. Should there be more than 6 occupants, a second lady may be required to work. Ladies are R350.00 per weekday. Live-in houseman who assists with the garden, pool, and braai.  His room is downstairs at the bottom of the garden and is private.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a 5-plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven, an X1 Fridge/Freezer Combo (an extra one is in the scullery), a Nespresso machine, and a microwave.
  • Dishwasher and Washing machine.
  • Upstairs TV lounge: Fireplace, Flat-screen TV with DSTV.
  • Bar area with undercounter fridge, seating for 6. Fireplace and large sofa. TV connected to DSTV.
  • Outdoor patio: Built-in braai, Weber braai, and outdoor wooden table seating 14.
  • Patio at Pool: Sun Umbrella and X6 soft-touch sun loungers (cushions are not needed). Decked seating area 8.
  • Alarm system with internal and external security beams.
  • The swimming pool does not have a safety net or a pool fence. Not safe for babies and toddlers who are unable to swim.
