From the TV area, this leads to the entertainment area, a fully equipped bar seating 6, a large flat-screen TV to watch the game, and a cozy L-shaped sofa to fit the whole family and friends. Large stacking doors lead out to the covered patio with built-in braai, Weber, and outdoor dining table seating up to 14 guests.
The staircase leads to the lower level with all the bedrooms, a large TV room and the pool, deck and garden – all with sea views.
Four bedrooms have doors opening onto the deck with views of the pool, garden, and towards the sea. Clear-view burglar bars on all windows. There are two bedrooms on the left and three on the right with the TV room in the middle.
