The house sleeps 8 while the bedroom 5 suite is separate from the main house, Children 8+ are welcome.
Double-story house. Enter into the stylish entrance hall which leads through to the spacious living area with sitting room, indoor dining table seating 12 and modern kitchen. Doors lead out to the outdoor area enclosed in a courtyard. This has a swimming pool and braai.
The indoor dining area seats up to 12 guests comfortably.
Stairs led up to the mezzanine TV room and the main bedroom. There are two guest bedrooms downstairs.
To the left of the entrance, stairs lead up to the 4th bedroom with a kitchenette.
The kitchen is well equipped with X2 ovens and X2 4 plate cooking hobs (one gas and one electric).
Bedroom 5 is independent of the main house and has its own parking area, lounge with TV and DSTV, and kitchenette area with outdoor area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Separate TV Lounge (Flat-screen TV and DSTV) and a kitchenette equipped with one hob and oven combo, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer combo. Doors lead to a small garden with built-in braai and parking for one vehicle.

- The swimming pool has no safety net and no safety fence. The property is not suitable for children who are unable to swim unaided and unsupervised. Children 8+ are welcome.
