Enter the front door to an open-plan lounge (Smart TV & DSTV), dining area (seating 8), and neat well-equipped kitchen. There is an outside laundry (washing machine & tumbler drier). There is a separate TV lounge with a large flat screen. Wooden stairs lead from the lounge to the main bedroom. The remaining bedrooms are downstairs.
Doors lead out onto the covered patio with outdoor dining table seating 6. The patio overlooks the pool and garden.
The patio is tiled with large pavers and the pool is decked.
There are two wooden sun loungers.
The garage is to the right and has the Weber Braai and a spare fridge/freezer combo.

Main Bedroom upstairs: This room has a thatched ceiling and doors leading onto a spacious balcony.
King bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds pushed together. Doors lead to the pool, garden and patio downstairs. En-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds. En-suite: Shower & Toilet.
BEDROOM 4: X2 Single Beds with a separate bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST:
- There are wooden stairs leading up to the main bedroom. *May not be safe for babies and small children.
- The swimming pool has a safety net – please let us know if you need it during your stay to ensure it’s fitted prior to your arrival.
- We have a camp cot and high chair as well as a hiking backpack carrier for babies – please confirm at time of booking if you need them and we can leave them out for you.
- Bed linen and two sets of bath towels are provided. One set of swimming towels are provided.
- The property has a fixed inverter to run the lights, plugs, Wi-Fi, TV and DSTV . There is a 4 plate gas hob in the kitchen
- A cleaning lady, Pinky is included in the rate for 3 weekdays per week – depending on length of stay and arrival and departure dates. Her hours are from 08.30 until 3pm. Kindly provide Pinky with basic tea/coffee and a light meal. Pinky has her own access keys to the property. Weekends and Public Holidays are optional and extra.
- The property is fenced and is connected to an alarm company with indoor and out door security beams.
- Uncapped Wi-Fi included in the rate.

- Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 4 plate gas cooking hob and electric oven. One fridge/freezer combo, one bar fridge and dishwasher.
- The laundry: This is an outside room and has a washing machine and tumble drier. Wash line is at the back of the property.
- Parking: All behind a remote controlled gate. One garage parking for a small vehicle. Parking between the garage door and gate for another and a single carport to the left of the garage for one car or trailer parking.
- Weber Braai and outdoor patio table provided. The braai may only be used on the lawn to avoid fat stains on the wooden deck and pavers at the patio.
