*Please note that this property is adjacent to the road leading up to Whale Rock Ridge, Robberg Nature Reserve – not for those who are sensitive to traffic noise.

Enter from downstairs into the open-plan kitchen and TV lounge and entertainment area with pool table.  Doors open  onto a covered outdoor patio and pool area with dining table seating 8. There is a built-in and portable braai.

Off the TV area, another outdoor dining area is seating 8 (this table may be moved inside).  Bedrooms 1 and 2.  Stairs lead up to the second TV lounge, dining table seating 6, mini-kitchenette and another entrance door from the top. Wooden stacking doors open up to the covered patio with outdoor table.  Bedrooms 3 & 4 are upstairs.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

Bedroom 1: King-sized bed with open-plan bathroom: Bath and Shower. The toilet is separate. TV in the room connected to the downstairs lounge. A door leads to the patio and pool/braai area.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed (small room) 

Family bathroom: Shower and toilet. This is on the opposite side of the bedrooms, accessed from the pool table area.

Bedroom 3: King 4 poster bed with air-conditioner and TV. Sliding door to balcony and distant sea views. En-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. There is a safe available for use.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single beds made up as a King bed with distant sea views.  Open-plan bathroom: Bath and Double Shower. Separate Toilet. TV linked to upstairs DSTV.  The sliding door leads to the balcony.

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST:

  • Mandatory cleaning lady, to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from the rental at R300.00 per day.
  • The electricity is on a pay as you go. The owners will leave R2000 worth of electricity units for a 3-week rental. Should this be depleted during your stay, kindly top up as required.
  • Bed linen and bath towels are provided as well as one set (8) of beach/swimming towels.  
  • Lounges equipped with: Flat-screen TV, and decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Cooking facilities: 5 plate gas hob and oven combo.  Microwave. Cooking grill.
  • Fridge freezer combo.
  • Scullery equipped with: Dishwasher, and washing machine.
  • Patio: Equipped with a built-in braai and patio furniture.
  • Please note that there is no lawn area.
  • Swimming pool: This is a rim-flow pool with no net or fence. Not suitable for families with babies or toddlers and or children who are unable to swim.
  • Driveway parking for 2-4 vehicles. The garage is excluded from the rental. There is a store which is excluded from the rental as well as two small stores – one from bedroom 1 downstairs and one upstairs off the dining area.
  • Security: The property is enclosed and has remote controlled access to the garage. The house is equipped with an alarm system.
  • Please note: For those with allergies – the owners do have two dogs. These will not be in residence during your stay.
  • Wi-Fi included.
  • Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
