- The house is in a private estate with access control.
- Fixed Solar Inverter. This run the lights, alarm, garage, fridge/freezer, TV and Wi-Fi. It will not run the oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, electric kettle.
- Parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is used as a store and is nor available for parking.
- Bed linen, bath towels are provided. Please bring your own pool towels.
- Mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays and she is included in the rate.
- WiFi included. 50 mbps.
- Smart TV. Tenants to use own login details to stream DSTV.
- Kitchen equipped with: 5 plate gas hob and electrical oven. X1 Fridge/Freezer combo. Microwave.
- Patio has a built in wood or charcoal braai, outdoor table seating 6-8. Outdoor patio furniture and lovely views over the valley towards to mountains.
- Garden/Pool area: Built in braai, Bar fridge, decked splash pool area.
- Equipped with: Washing machine and Dish washer.
- Swimming Pool has no safety net and no safety fence. Property is not suited to young children.
- Beach umbrella provided.
- Non-smoking.
- No parties after 10pm. Please respect the neighbours.
- No pets. The owners do have one dog, but she will not be in residence during your stay. Please note for those who may have allergies.
