There is a double garage parking (with remotes) and guest parking for 2-3 vehicles behind the garage and driveway.
The main and second bedroom are downstairs and remaining guest bedrooms upstairs.

- X2 Mandatory cleaning ladies – Molly and Leticia to work weekdays. Their wages are not included in the rate. Wages per weekday: R350.00 each per day. Saturdays and Sundays are optional and extra.
- No pets allowed. Please note for those with pet allergies: the owner has a dog and cat which reside on the property when they are in residence.
- Braai with patio area and outdoor table seating 8.
- Flat-screen TV and DSTV included in the rental
