The driveway leads up to the garage. This leads directly into the house.  The front door is around the right side of the property.  Doors open to the small courtyard and front door. Stairs lead up to the front door.   There is one guest bedroom on the left which is accessed from the courtyard – up a few stairs.  Enter through the front door into the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

Doors lead from the kitchen to the North facing covered patio with pool, braai, outdoor area. The entertainment area has outdoor dining table seating 8, gas weber braai and splash swimming pool with stone-clad walling.  There is a small herb garden.

Frameless stacking doors open up from the dining area and sun room with TV and fireplace with views of the valley, mountains and sea.   The indoor dining table seats 12.   There is a separate sitting room “the Karoo Room” to the left of the dining area.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a scullery.

Bedrooms:

Main Bedroom: King Extra Length bed with En-Suite bathrooms: Bath, Shower, Toilet, and outside shower with views. LCD TV.

Bedroom 2: X2 Extra Length Single beds with ¾ duvets (can be made up as a King – please confirm when booking.) En-suite bathroom:  Shower & Toilet.

Bedroom 3: Self-contained bedroom with separate entrance. King Extra Length Bed, LCD TV, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Doors lead to a small courtyard with another door.

Guest Toilet.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Mandatory cleaning lady, is included in the rate daily for weekdays only. Her hours are from 08.30 until 3pm (Mondays to Fridays) and until 2pm on Fridays.
• 2 sets of Percale bed Linen, bath and 6 swimming towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels

• Swivel LCD large screen TV, Premium DSTV, Sound system with Paradigm speakers.
• 20 Meg Wi-Fi, separate Telkom Line.
• Cooking: SMEG 6 plate gas hob and oven. Le Creuset cookware.
• Glass STAYCOLD double door fridge, bar fridge and third fridge/freezer combo.

• Scullery: Bosch Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble Drier and Microwave.

• Garage parking for one vehicle. Please note that the freezer in the garage is excluded from the rental.

• Small safe provided.
• No pets allowed as per the estate rules. The owners have two small dogs who will not be in residence during your stay, please note for those with allergies.
• Non-smoking.
• Children 12+ welcome.
• Swimming Pool: This is not equipped with a swimming pool safety net, cover or a safety fence.
• Please note: There is a private store room which is excluded from the rental.
• The estate is fenced, has access control and has regular security patrols.
