This luxurious, spacious self-catering villa in the Brackenridge Estate offers breath-taking uninterrupted views. It is ideally situated for privacy as well as convenience and is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. Set on three levels, all the rooms open onto a central courtyard which is ideal for entertaining. Due to its design this light and airy house is an ideal getaway for extended families or for individual couples as all rooms are designed with maximum privacy in mind.
The design and finish is of the highest quality and has been carefully decorated with tones that blend with the natural surroundings. Ideal for entertaining with the large living area being open plan which allows a fabulous flow from the dining and lounge areas to the large courtyard and wrap around terrace area with folding glass doors that showcase the panoramic views to of the Atlantic Ocean, the Tsitsikamma Mountain range and the Plett town area. The outside area has a gas braai, rim-flow pool and private garden with a jungle gym and sandpit.
The kitchen is state-of-the art and fully equipped with stainless steel cooking range, extractor hood and large double-door fridge / freezer with ice dispenser, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, etc. A separate scullery / laundry, located to the side of the kitchen has a dishwasher, washer and dryer and additional double sink. There is also a separate breakfast bar.
The five bedrooms are all individually and sumptuously decorated and all have their own entrance and outside areas (bar one). All bedrooms are en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. - Braais: There is a gas weber braai, a wood or charcoal portable braai and a Weber kettle charcoal braai.
- For those who like to keep toned or build muscle: There is a collection of kettle bells and dumbbells for use.
- For families with children: There is a high chair, 2 toddler car chairs, 3 portable baby cots with mattresses for use. There are gates on the stairs in the house.
Please note: The pool does not have a pool net or fence but is accessed off the main stair landing. - The house does has stairs to access the main living areas.
