Enter from the street to the garage and driveway. Stairs lead down from the driveway to an enclosed landscaped garden with lovely birdlife. Enter through the front door to the entrance hall. To the front is the open-plan living area, with lounge and TV, indoor dining table seating 10, a spacious kitchen and separate scullery.

Doors open up from the living area to the entertainment and pool area. The entertainment area is on a spacious patio all with stunning sea views. There is outdoor sofas and chairs, a bar area with built-in gas braai, wine fridge and seating for 6. There’s also a Weber braai available for you to use. There is a front facing covered dining area with lovely glass doors on three sides allowing you to get the best views while dining!

There is a drink’s cabinet with another bar fridge.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
There is one guest bedroom downstairs- Bedroom 1. The master bedroom (Bedroom 2) and bedrooms 3 and 4 are all upstairs.  The 5’th Bedroom is above the garage and has its own entrance door up a staircase.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with lovely sea views and doors leading onto a patio, the pool and garden. There is a ceiling fan and a TV connected to DSTV. The bedroom is carpeted.  The en-suite Bathroom is a full bathroom with:  Bath, Shower, Toilet and 2 Basins.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: The Main Bedroom. Enjoy this extra spacious master bedroom with beautiful views of the sea and bay. There is a lounge area with TV and a lovely spacious open-plan bathroom – all with lovely sea views.  The bedroom is carpeted and block-out curtains.
The bed is a queen and the bathroom has a Double Shower,  Freestanding Slipper Bath, Toilet and Basin. The balcony is off the bedroom and offers lovely views of the whole bay from the Keurbooms Lagoon, the mountain range all the way to the Wild Side over Robberg Nature Reserve.
Bedroom 3: This spacious sea facing bedroom is a lovely guest bedroom with two single beds pushed together as a King. Offering sea views and a balcony also with lovely views. There is a ceiling fan and the bedroom is carpeted.  The Full En-suite Bathroom has a Bath, Shower, Basin and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed. The bedroom is carpeted and has a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5: X2 Single Beds. This is a basic room with its own entrance.

Check-List:

*There is one full fridge and one full freezer in the kitchen. *There is an extra basic freezer in the scullery.
*Cleaning lady included in the rental for weekdays only. Weekends and Public Holiday are optional and extra.
*There are X3 TV’s – one in the lounge and one in bedroom 1 and one in bedroom 2.
* Tenants must adhere to and sign the conduct rules of the estate.
* Nespresso machine available – please bring your own pods.
* Ice machine available.  There is a warming plate and drawer.
* The scullery is equipped with a basic freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Tumble Drier.
