Modern, neat and well maintained home with lovely garden in quiet residential area offering views of the sea and Robberg Peninsula from the living areas and all bedrooms. Easy drive down to Robberg Beach. ±2 kms to Solar Beach

Entrance at Street level:  Double garage – this has direct entry into the house via a few stairs and into the scullery. Only one garage parking space is open.

Open-plan kitchen with breakfast table (seating 4) and separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

The dining area seats 8 and has large glass stacking doors opening up onto the balcony – all with seaviews. There is a sitting room with frameless glass stacking doors leading onto the same balcony – with the same lovely views of the bay.

Separate TV lounge equipped with DSTV.

Doors lead from the TV lounge onto a small patio area with table and chairs (seating 2-4) which looks onto the well maintained garden area.

The main bedroom is on this level as well as a guest toilet.

Stairs lead down to another lounge area and the remaining bedrooms. The TV lounge is equipped with a TV and DVD machine only. There is a mini kitchenette for making coffees as well as a microwave and bar fridge.  Doors lead from the downstairs lounge to the front garden which is at a slope and includes a vegetable garden. There’s a small table seating 2-4 outside overlooking the garden.

Please note: There are two doors that will be locked and are not included in the rental , the owner’s study upstairs and a workshop downstairs.

There are a few private cupboards that will be locked, however I have confirmed that there is ample space:

One cupboard in the main bedroom’s dressing room. One cupboard in the scullery and one in the garage.

The property is fully enclosed, has an internal alarm system as well as external security beams and electric fencing.

 

BEDROOMS:

Main: King sized Bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Dressing room. There are lovely views from the main bedroom and the windows were designed to be able to enjoy the views from the bed.

Bedroom 2:  Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom (Toilet & Shower)

Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds OR X1 King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet. Doors lead onto a small wooden deck in the garden with loungers.

Accommodation & facility check list

  • Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
  • Mandatory retainer maid to work 3 days per week.  Her wages are excluded from the rental and are R350.00 per weekday including taxi fare.  Should you require her services on Saturdays  this is optional and at week-end rates.
  • DSTV decoder (Xplorer)  including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer combo
  • 4 plate Gas Hob and Electric oven
  • Weber Braai/BBQ provided for use.
  • Single garage parking available. There is a double garage however this will have one vehicle in the garage.
  • Preferably no toddlers and young children (under 10).
  • Non-smoking home, please smoke outside
  • No pets allowed.
