Enter into the spacious open-plan living area. There is a modern kitchen, indoor dining table seating 10, expansive entrance area and sitting room. Doors lead onto the fully enclosed patio and braai area with frameless glass stacking doors that open up onto the pool, manicured lawn and country garden.

There is a separate cosy TV lounge with an air-conditioner, Smart TV and DSTV.

Stairs lead up to the bar with TV, great for entertaining and three bedrooms including the master bedroom. The 4’th bedroom is downstairs and is currently the study.

Main Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with TV and King sized bed, dressing room and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Double Basin and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with TV and DSTV and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: X2 3/4 Beds and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

ACCOMMODATION AMENITIES:

• Bed linen, Bath and Pool towels are provided.
• The house is equipped with an inverter which runs the lights and plugs except for the ovens, dishwasher, washing machine and geysers.
• The swimming pool is NOT equipped with a pool net or pool fence and is not safe for small children who are unable to swim unaided.
• The pool has a sun umbrella and four sun-loungers.
• The garden is fully enclosed.
• Uncapped Fibre Wi-Fi 50 mbps. There is a mobile smart-phone charging station downstairs on the wall between the kitchen and the TV lounge and bedroom 4.
• The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso Machine, 4 Plate electric hob, a 2 plate gas hob and 2 eye level electric ovens. Mircowave, Prep Bowl, X1 Fridge/Freezer combo and kitchen island seating 6.
• Separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and a pantry.
• Scottman Ice-machine is available in the garage.
• The TV room has a smart TV with full DSTV. All the TV are smart TVs except for bedroom 4. There are three DSTV decoders. The main bedroom is independent and has one decoder. The TV lounge is independent and has its own decoder. The bar, bedroom 2,3 and 4 all share the same decoder.
• The indoor dining seats 10.
