This beautiful four star graded holiday home is located on Plettenberg Bay’s most exclusive road. The three storey Mediterranean villa is situated on the highest point of Beachy Head Drive. The house is cool and airy with beautifully appointed, fully equipped interiors and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Flowing living/reception areas are located on two floors.
The extensive upstairs terrace houses a large Jacuzzi.
There is a lawn lookout deck at the top of the house which provides breathtaking 360° vistas of the whole bay area and the surrounding Outeniqua Mountains.
Beach Views Villa is a self-catering establishment with a beautiful kitchen which has a food lift to the top outdoor lookout terrace, a garden at the rear of the house and a separate laundry/utility room.
Dining is indoors and outdoors with two outdoor options on the windward and leeward sides of the house. A gas barbeque/braai is provided.

The house is a 5-minute walk from Robberg Beach and within walking distance to a grocery shop, liquor store and pharmacy. It is a short car trip to the centre of town.
The house is fully protected by an electric fence and an alarm system and is monitored by a security company 24 hours a day. Beachy Head Drive is monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7 all year.
All linen and towels are provided.
TV and Wi-Fi are provided.
There is off road parking for four vehicles.

This is a non-smoking property.

Parents and guardians are required to sign indemnities on behalf of minor children.

There is no cleaning service provided, however a maid can be arranged for the tenant’s own account.

Entrance Hall

Large double volume hall with passageway to bedrooms and staircase to first floor.

Bedroom 1:  Queen sized bed and an extra ¾ bed for a third person. The room opens onto a large lawn terrace ideal for boules and croquet. There is a full bathroom opposite this bedroom.

Bedroom 2:  Queen sized bed and en suite bathroom (shower only). This bedroom also opens onto the same terrace.

Laundry/Utility Room
Outside entrance. LG top loader washing machine/dryer combo, Speed Queen dryer and ironing facilities. Extra bar fridge and cooking facility for staff.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: Two double beds and baby’s travel cot available. This room opens onto an open terrace/walkway area. There is a full bathroom opposite the bedroom.

Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed and en suite bathroom (shower only). This bedroom also opens onto an open terrace area.

Sitting Room
Beautiful stone fireplace, Rocal wood burning fireplace with door, DSTV decoder, Apple TV and 65″ flat screen LG TV. The sitting room opens onto a large covered patio with dining facilities, lawn garden with magnificent sea view, outdoor loungers, umbrellas and side tables.

Dining Room
Open plan with sitting room. Dining room table seats 12. The dining room opens onto a large partially covered leeward back patio with outdoor dining facilities and a Weber gas barbeque/braai.

Kitchen
Fully fitted and appointed kitchen open plan from the dining room, with adjoining scullery and two fridge/freezers.
A food lift operates from the kitchen to the top outdoor terrace.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5:   Master Bedroom    King sized, extra length bed, en suite bathroom (shower only), with additional built in cupboards. The bedroom opens onto a private Juliet balcony and has a window seat, both with sweeping 180° views. There is a study off the main bedroom.

Bedroom 6: Double bed and en suite bathroom (shower only).

Sitting Room & TV Lounge
Sitting room opens onto a large sea-facing terrace with outdoor furniture.  The sitting room has a marble fireplace with a Jetmaster gas fire. The adjoining children’s TV/ PJ lounge has a large flat screen 55″ TV, DSTV decoder and DVD player and opens onto a small leeward balcony. A daybed provides two extra single beds if needed. The two rooms can be separated by folding sliding doors.

Top Terrace
Food lift receiving station with a built-in table for serving. There is a large outdoor Jacuzzi and various outdoor furniture.

Rooftop Lookout Deck
Spectacular viewing deck with glass panels and 360° panoramic views. Outdoor loungers, sofas and dining with a removable custom designed shade stretch tent for sun protection.

Garden Cottage (Bedroom 7)
Stand-alone garden cottage. Queen sized bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk and armchair. Bathroom en suite (shower only).
