Upstairs/Entrance Level:  The house has a recently renovated kitchen, indoor dining seating 14, bar area, large open-plan lounge with large glass sliding doors opening onto the sea-facing patio with large outdoor tables. There is a separate patio and braai area at the garden side of the house. Stairs lead down to the pool and garden and then onto the beach via the beach path.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, there are two bedrooms (5 and 6)  on one level down and then there is the  6’th bedroom is an open-plan teen room with X2 bunk beds.

Bedroom 1: King bed with doors leading out onto a balcony and sea views (with trellidor) so you can sleep with the doors open at night.
Bedroom 2: King bed with doors leading out onto a balcony and sea views (with trellidor) so you can sleep with the doors open at night.
Bedroom 3:  King bed with doors leading out onto a balcony and sea views (with trellidor) so you can sleep with the doors open at night.

Family Bathroom 1: For bedrooms 1-3 to share: Toilet.
Family Bathroom2: For bedrooms 1-3 to share: Bath with shower above the bath, toilet & bidet.

Bedroom 4:  Is your main en suite, King bed

You can close off the en-suite bathroom from the other three bedrooms, or you can open up for the use of the other bedrooms. Bath with shower above the bath, toilet & bidet.

Bedroom 5: Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom

Playroom: An extra large playroom with , large pool table, poolside bar and sitting area to watch TV.    This playroom leads directly onto the pool area which is enclosed with a fence. Off this room you also have two bathrooms:
Family Bathroom 1: Bath, shower over bath and toilet.
Family Bathroom 2: Shower and Toilet.

This home has two staff rooms; which are accessed off the side of the house from the kitchen back door/parking area.

Bathroom: Shower & Toilet. You need to walk through the shower area to get to the toilet.
There is another staff room accessed from the kitchen door – but this is private and for the exclusive use of the property cleaning staff.

Accommodation & facility check list:
* Mandatory Cleaning lady to work at R350.00 per weekday. If there are more than 8 guests at any time, a second lady must also work. Wages are excluded from the rental.
* The property is enclosed with internal and external alarm beams and remote controlled access gate.
* The Swimming Pool does has a pool fenc.
* Linen, Bath and Pool/Beach Towels provided.
* Fibre Wi-Fi.
* Strictly no pets allowed.
* Non-smoking.
* Beach Equipment: X4 folding beach chairs, X 1 beach umbrella.
* Weber Braai and X1 Built-in Braai for charcoal or wood.
* TV with DSTV included in the rental.
* Kitchen is fully equipped: 4 plate Gas + 2 Electric Hob & X1 SMEG Oven, X1 Coffee Machine, Microwave and Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier.
* Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles behind closed gate.

Booking and Payment Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
