A few minutes to restaurants, restaurants and Kwik-Spar.   ±4km to Central Beach.

The driveway leads down to the single garage parking and front door. Down a few stairs, enter into the open plan living area with kitchen and dining table. The lounge has a big screen TV with DSTV.  Doors lead out to the covered decked patio with outdoor dining table and braai area which overlooks the swimming pool and garden.

The indoor dining table seats 8 and the outdoor seats 8. There are 3 wooden sun loungers available for use at the pool.

The main bedroom and one guest bedroom is upstairs while the remaining guest bedrooms and pool with deck are downstairs.

Bedrooms: – All bedrooms are north facing and have views of the valley.

Main Bedroom: King sized bed with open-plan bathroom and separate toilet. Bath and Shower with double basin. Glass sliding doors open onto the patio with views over the valley. The bedroom and dressing area is carpeted.

Bedroom 2: X1 Queen bed and en-suite bathroom:  Shower & Toilet.

Downstairs:

Bedroom 3: X1 Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds pushed together – can be made up as a king) and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Cleaning lady included in the rate for weekdays. Public holidays and weekends are optional and extra.
• Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.

• Flat screen TV in lounge connected to Premium DSTV. Another small TV lounge downstairs with Netflix only.
• Telkom Wi-Fi line.
• Cooking: 5 plate gas hob and Defy Thermofan oven.   Drink’s fridge.
• X1 Fridge in the kitchen. Separate shared chest freezer. The owner stores some goods on the bottom on the freezer.
• Scullery: Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Stairs lead from the scullery up to the garage.

• Built-in wood burning braai on patio.
• Garage parking for one vehicle only – remote controlled.  Please note that the owner keeps his one personal car in the garage.
• Salt water pool with chlorinator.
• Strictly no pets allowed as per the estate rules.
• Non-smoking home.
• Swimming Pool: This is not equipped with a swimming pool safety net, cover or a safety fence.  No small children allowed. 12+
• The estate is fenced, has access control and has regular security patrols.
