From the street level: Parking area. Security gate leads to the front door and driveway parking. The garage is excluded from the booking as it’s used as a personal store.  From the front door, enter into the open-plan TV lounge, dining seating 8 and kitchen.  Doors lead out to the covered patio with outdoor chairs and cushions overlooking the pool and garden.  The indoor dining table seats 8.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:     

Main Bedroom:  Double bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath with shower over the bath and toilet. There is a TV and doors leading to the garden.

Bedroom 2:  Double Bed.

Bedroom 3: Double bed with doors to the garden.

Family Bathroom 1: Shower, Toilet  and Bidet

Bedroom 4: X1 King sized Bed  and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Doors lead out to the garden.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Two sets of bed linen, bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• PLEASE NOTE:  This home is not baby, toddler or small child friendly due to  the unsecured swimming pool. There is NO safety net and no safety fence.
• A cleaning lady, is available to work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 until 3.30pm. Please provide her with basic tea/coffee and a light lunch. Her wages are excluded from the booking.  The garden is attended to every Saturday.

• X1 Flat-screen TV in the lounge with DSTV.
• The property is equipped with an alarm system and has electric fencing.
• Cooking : 4 plate gas hob and electric oven. Microwave.
• Kitchen equipped with X1 fridge.
• Scullery is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The washing machine is outside.

• Weber braai available for use.
• Parking: There are two carport parking spaces available and driveway parking for another 2 cars. The garage is excluded from the booking.
• X1 Gas heater available for use during the cooler months.
• No pets allowed.
• Strictly non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
• Please note for those with allergies, that the owners do have their pets in residence during their holidays.
